Within its “Smart Stations” project, the Antalya municipality has developed to benefit from climatic advantages of the city, the glass-covered bus stops with solar panels have touch-sensitive doors and indoor air conditioning device. The solar-powered bus stations that provide up-to-date passenger information on energy-saving screens, serves as a Wi-Fi hotspot and allows people to recharge their phones. There are 4 smart stops in Antalya and 300 stops with USB ports for phone charging via solar energy panels on the roof.
