The Typhlological Museum is one of the few museums in Europe focused on issues experienced by persons with disabilities, in particular the visually impaired. The Museum respects diversity, promotes solidarity, and having adapted its collection for persons with disabilities, invites visitors to actively participate in the visual, olfactory and tactile experience.
