By implementing the chatbot, the council makes sure that travellers know all its tourist attractions in a clear, simple and direct way.
Where is the information point?
The council will have stickers with the "i" symbol for tourist information point and the QR code that can be placed throughout the municipality and in establishments, so that there will always be a tourist office available.
