The Programme of Tourism Sustainability Plans in Destinations is the Spanish tourism administration's main instrument to help with the sector's transformation. It emanates from the strategic axis of "Collaborative Governance" in the General Guidelines for the Spanish Sustainable Tourism Strategy 2030, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
Provision of services to local entities to design and execute the PSTD Tourism Sustainability Plan, taking into account the local needs to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourism model. Technical assistance is provided for the reporting and documentation required for submission to the national calls for Tourism Sustainability Plans in Destinations.
