TOURISM INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Tool that collects, filters, analyses and represents all the tourist information captured from online tourist media and portals (Big Data), market research in the Tourism area, information from sensors and totem displays used to determine the tourist flow of a specific tourist destination, among other aspects.
The methodology used in this platform is Big Data for processing large volumes of data, automated models based on machine learning mathematical algorithms, such as regression algorithms, based on neural networks, cluster analysis, decision tree, on Bayesian networks and on PCA (Principal Component Analysis) – for a structural analysis and various predictions.
Finally, the design of Dynamic Reports in Microsoft Power BI, to show all the data from both the media specified and the algorithms used.

AcciónMK takes over digitalising the main information brochures of the tourist destinations used to inform potential tourists. The main action is the design and application of new covers and back covers for informative brochures, etc.

SMART TOURISM DESTINATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND SMART DESTINATION MASTER PLAN
Technical assistance for the development and implementation of management systems for Smart Destinations according to the UNE 178501 standard. The following activities are carried out:
Initial diagnostic. Assessment of the destination's compliance with requirements of the UNE 178501 standard, establishing the bases for the development of the corresponding Smart Destination Master Plan.
Creation of documentation. Preparation of the documentation required by the UNE 178501 standard. In this phase, the Smart Destination strategy is defined in the 5 axes: Governance, Innovation, Technology, Sustainability and Accessibility.
Technical assistance in implementing the requirements of the UNE 178501 standard at the destination.
Internal audit to assess the destination's degree of adaptation to the requirements of the UNE 178501 standard.
Technical assistance during auditing by the certification entity, with proposals for corrective actions required for certification.
